I've spent 21+ years building, evolving and scaling consumer internet platforms across food delivery, travel & ticketing, mobility, fintech and e-commerce verticals. I work across the stack, from code and architecture to product strategy and business outcomes.
I'm a product engineering executive based out of Dhaka, Bangladesh, working as a Chief Technology Officer. I've been in CTO roles for more than a decade, leading technology for consumer internet businesses across web, mobile, distributed systems, microservices and cloud platforms.
At Shohoz, I architected and built the Shohoz Super App from seed to scale: bus, launch, movie, event and air ticketing, plus the Bangladesh Railway Integrated Ticketing System. Today, as CTO of Foodi, I lead technology, product engineering, architecture, AI and digital transformation for Bangladesh's everyday delivery platform.
I started as a software engineer and moved through technical leadership, architecture, product and technology management before taking on CTO work. I also co-founded a startup, Badhai.in. That's how I understand technology from the code and architecture layer up through product decisions, engineering leadership and business operations.

Co-founded and launched Badhai, a digital gifting platform connected to 72 retail and online brands including Titan, Tanishq, Croma, Lifestyle, Snapdeal, Jabong and Flipkart. It reached 3,000+ orders a month and 27% annualised transaction growth.

Built an API connecting two web applications across networks for runtime web-service integration through MOSS 2007, saving 2 months of development. It was rolled out to 30+ modules and improved performance by 11%.
Mastiff Tech Pvt. Ltd. · Mumbai
Promoted three times in 3.5 years. Designed system and database architecture, led 10+ engineers, halved production defects and delivered 90%+ of projects on time on the Microsoft technology stack.

Built employee leave management modules at BPCL and a process automation data component at Honeywell. This is where it started: databases, UI and unit testing.

Led the engineering team for TAP, a mobile financial services app from a joint venture of Axiata Group and the Bangladesh Army’s Trust Bank. Delivered a full data centre migration without disrupting live payments, a complete app UI/UX redesign, and a reusable feature foundation that new services could plug into.
